This is today’s litter from cost cutter in Brockley road that store their waste cardboard packaging in two cages on Harefield mews. The cages are open topped and large pieces of litter are blown down the length of the mews everyday. Their commercial bin is emptied once a week on a Tuesday but is left full of discarded food between collections which is encourages vermin including rats. This is a public health risk. -4 Harefield Mews, London, SE4 1LP

This is such a nuisance. Happens every few months. Please find a permanent solution. Allotment needs to rectify this ongoing issue.
